What It Is
Cold outreach requires three things most automation skips: researching who to contact, verifying the contact data is real, and sending follow-ups that reference the previous touch. This pipeline handles all three.
Stage 1 researches prospects via web search and extracts contact data. Stage 2 runs seven validation gates: email syntax, MX records, domain age, disposable email detection, role-based address filtering, duplicate removal, and LLM-powered business relevance verification. Stage 3 sends Touch 1 with full context. Touch 2 and 3 follow on configurable intervals, each referencing the previous message.
The pipeline tracks every contact through stages: researched, validated, contacted, touch2, touch3, replied, rejected.
